Coaching for Schools and Colleges
Specialist ADHD coaching for schools, colleges and alternative provision, supporting young people to build confidence and executive functioning skills within inclusive educational environments.
Supporting students with ADHD to feel confident, capable and engaged in education.
Research consistently highlights that students with ADHD are at increased risk of academic underachievement, school exclusion, low self-esteem and emotional distress when appropriate support systems are not in place. Providing structured, specialist ADHD coaching within education settings can significantly improve engagement, confidence and long-term outcomes.
Supported by a MA-level education, ICF accreditation and lived experience of neurodiversity, Adhdful coaching sessions combine evidence-based psychological frameworks with practical tools tailored to the needs of each young person.
Coaching offers a structured space where students learn to understand how their brain works, develop executive functioning strategies, and build a positive neurodivergent identity.
