I’m Emma
an ADHD adult and ADHD Coach, ACC accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Hey!
I have an educational background in the arts and was awarded a MA in Music from the University of York, UK (Vocal Studies and Music Psychology). I then completed my ADHD Coach Training with the International ADHD Coach Training Centre (IACT), embarking on their year-long course which is accredited by the ICF; one of only a handful of accredited courses worldwide.
In addition to this, I have a variety of training in other areas of mental health and wellbeing, including trauma informed practice, from The Association for Psychological Therapies (APT). I have been privileged to work, both through coaching and therapeutically, with neurodivergent people from all ages and walks of life. As well as my specialism in ADHD, I have experience coaching members of the AuDHD, Autistic, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Dyslexia and Dyspraxic Communities.
I’m also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), accredited by the ICF, who set the gold standard for coaching ethics and professionalism. This credential means I follow clear, accountable practices designed to make coaching a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for everyone. I’m committed to ongoing training and growth, so whether you're new to coaching or are returning to the coaching space, you’ll be met with empathy, understanding, and personalised support that works for you.
As an ADHD Coach, my ultimate aim is to support as many people as possible to utilise their strengths, overcome their challenges and celebrate their uniqueness.
