  • What is ADHD?

ADHD is a neuro-developmental condition which effects the brain’s executive functioning abilities. ADHD-ers may struggle with organising, being easily distracted, regulating emotions, hyper-activity and many more. The ADHD experience is different for everyone and exploring this with an ADHD Life Coach can be a valuable way of discovering what this means for you.

  • What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD Life Coaching supports clients to work towards their goals, offers an opportunity to increase self-understanding and helps them to move forward in their lives.

The specialist knowledge of an ADHD Coach allows them to understand the client on a deeper level, acknowledge their challenges with compassion and celebrate their strengths.

Coaching sessions provide a safe space for clients to explore the next steps on their ADHD journey.

Testimonials

  • “I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the transformative experience I've had working with Emma. From the very beginning, Emma brought a level of understanding and empathy that instantly put me at ease.

As someone navigating the challenges of ADHD, it's often hard to find the right support but Emma has proven to be invaluable in my ADHD journey and has helped break down some huge barriers that were getting in my way. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for support through their own ADHD journey.”

  • “I had a number of coaching sessions with Emma which was a new experience for me. I struggle with ADHD but have yet to be diagnosed which can cause anxiety of not being taken seriously. Emma took me seriously throughout all our sessions and guided me through my thoughts and feelings.

You go to some deep places but feel a sense of weight being lifted from you after a session. I chose to go out and walk during them and this really added to the experience! I definitely would recommend using Emma to anyone who needs support and guidance.”

  • “After working with Emma, I was able to clearly articulate a future vision for myself and define my priorities to achieve greater balance. This had a significant impact on different aspects of my life. With Emma's supportive coaching style, I was able to gain the confidence and clarity I needed.

Emma is great at understanding the whole person, and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to make changes in their life for greater overall satisfaction.”

  • “Emma was helpful and easy to talk to and guided me through an issue I am struggling with.”
